Baron Knyphausen 2007 Erbacher Steinmorgen Riesling Spatlese

On the dry side for spätlese, with peach, rose petal and citrus notes. The structure is well-integrated and this is subtle, but it lingers nicely on the finish. Best from 2012 through 2030. 75 cases made.
