The '05 PMV Syrah possesses a beautiful deep ruby color and a pure nose of blackberries, cherries, rose petals, and a hint of the dark volcanic soil the grapes were grown in. There is medium to full body with mouth coating but well integrated tannin and enough acid to keep the wine mouth watering and food friendly. It should drink well for the next 7 - 8 years. 197 cases produced.
