 Domaine Michel Ogier 2005 Viognier de Rosine Ogier presents here a local wine completely surprising. Worthy to align itself with certain wines of the prestigious name of Condrieu, this one is elaborate - starting from same type of vine: the viognier. This vintage is vinified for 2/3 out of barrel including 15% new wood bringing its vanilla point to a whole already very aromatic, doubled of a remarkable elegance.
The wine raises a beautiful bright dress of yellow color gold to the brilliant reflections.
The nose has explosive fruit flavors; apricot, white peach and lemon mix with the notes of violet, vanilla and honey.
The mouth reveals roundness on the attack, then comes the aromatic power which fills up the mouth by its intensity.
