Charbay Port - 500ml It all started with late harvest Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah. Sweet and wonderfully flavorful. We partially fermented them to extract their flavors and color and at one point infused the fermenting must with our own double-distilled spirits to arrest the fermentation and save the natural sugar from fermenting out.
So far, this is almost a classic Port production technique with a new Domain Charbay twist! Tell a Friend
