Mulderbosch 2007 Sauvignon Blanc

Clear, lively green apple hues. Displays the traditional Mulderbosch Sauvignon Blanc nose of Cape gooseberries, with layers of guava, ripe and green fig,litchi and a hint of green pepper. Hints of nettle and grass. Racy acidity makes for a lively palate and zesty, lingering slightly spicy finish.
