"The Grape" offers an extensive wine tasting experience. Wine selections are changed out weekly. We also host a variety of wine tasting events that can be viewed on our calendar below. Our Chef has assembled a uniquely stylized menu, featuring signature dishes and weekly specials. Whether it be an intimate evening with your significant other, a small gathering of friends or a larger special event - we invite you to join us!

For a small corking fee, you can select a bottle of wine or beer from our extensive retail section, including a selection of chilled wines, bring it back to your table and enjoy it while dining! Or choose from our unique "Premium Wines By The Glass” list which are hand-picked by our wine bar manager, Mike Maley.

What is a corking fee?

It is a fee that is added to a bottle of wine or beer to cover the cost of glassware, service, decanting, supplies

and other expenses related to serving wine "on premise” such as power utilities, rent, air conditioning, etc.

We charge a corking fee because our wines and beer are priced at retail, to be sold for "off-premise” consumption. Our retail mark-up does not even begin to cover the price of the above mentioned costs. Most restaurants and bars mark up wine and beer by 200 - 400% to cover these costs and make handsome profits! Corking fees at restaurants generally run from $10 - $75 per bottle, and you are often limited you to bringing in two bottles. 

If you'd like to buy a bottle of wine to enjoy in our bar, you'll find our corking fee to be very reasonable at $5 for each bottle of wine and $2 for each bottle of beer. Simply put, a $20 bottle of wine at our store would cost you $40 to $60 at a restaurant. That same bottle here will cost you only $25 with the corking fee. That is a huge savings to you!
