Henri Abele Non Vintage Brut Champagne

Abele claims to be the third oldest Champagne house in Reims, and makes a very stylish, sophisticated wine for the price. A big, plush, yeasty nose sends sweet notes of cracker and toast above lime and mineral; the flavors that follow are forward, round and rich. Hints of mango and papaya fruit lead into a sensuous, lightly spicy, thoroughly satisfying finish.
